Colors, materials, and details may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display or handcrafted/custom nature of certain items.

3. Custom Orders

For items made to custom sizes or specifications, please note that production time may take between 1 to 8 weeks, in addition to delivery time. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable once confirmed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in the applicable displayed currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing your order through our available payment methods.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Inside UAE: 2–4 working days
  • Outside UAE: 7 working days
  • Custom sizes: 1–8 weeks

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, product availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products. If your item arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your order so we can assist you.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, measurements (for custom orders), and contact details at the time of purchase. Nure Line is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Nure Line and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
